optimized-restore playbook

Various configuration steps using ansible-playbooks can fail due
to wrapped system CLI outputs and it can give unpredictable results.

Hence in the optimized-restore playbook all system cli commands whose
output are being processed is specified with --nowrap option.

TEST PLAN:
PASS: AIO-SX: Local Backup and Restore Passed
PASS: AIO-SX: Backup and Restore(Optimized) successful
