Aronsky, Gleb 9e25939381 Add tolerations to CDI pods 
Add missing tolerations to CDI pods.
CDI pods missing these tolerations may
remain in a 'pending' state.

PASS:
  Install kubevirt-app and verify toleration
  labels on all cdi pods.
