Italo Lemos b046e80348 Update stx-platformclients image to version stx.12.0-v1.0.4 
Updated image with the new fixes for nfv_client runs OIDC auth
in DC systems.

Test Plan:
 - PASS: Execute sw-manager system-config-update-strategy
show with remote cli
 - PASS: Execute sw-manager sw-deploy-strategy show
with remote cli
