Martin, Chen b79c5a0b7b delete config option fatal_deprecations to sysinv-api ... In devstack, sysinv will launch failed in Bionic. There is DuplicateOptError, for config option fatal_deprecations registered in log.py which conficts with option registered in oslo_log package for python2.7. Checked fatal_deprecations should be unnecessary in sysinv, so delete this config option.
