Charles Short e0522e4d87 debian: Install tsconfig in the right place ... When the controllerconfig service starts it is expecting tsconfig in /usr/bin and not /usr/sbin, preventing the serivce from starting correctly. Tested by build package and check for controller-config on the debian image.
