Chris Friesen 6d639fca5d add workaround for N3000 reset behaviour ... The N3000 FPGA is supposed to be reset after every image update, but the first reset after boot changes the PCI address of the device. As a workaround, we need to reset the N3000 on startup and then send new PCI information to sysinv-conductor.
