Add a new CLI for subcloud prestage which allows user to prestage software packages and container images in preparation for simplex subcloud upgrade or reinstall via the new dcmanager subcloud prestage command dcmanager subcloud prestage \ --sysadmin-password <SYSADMIN_PASSWORD> \ --force \ subcloud Test Plan: a. PASS: Verify prestage command without sysadmin password, ensure user is prompted b. PASS: Verify prestage command with sysadmin password c. PASS: Verify prestage command with force option d. PASS: Verify dcmanager help, ensure subcloud prestage is in the list e. PASS: Verify dcmanager help subcloud prestage command, ensure command syntax is displayed f. PASS: Verify prestage command for an offline subcloud, ensure error message is displayed g. PASS: Repeat f for an unmanaged subcloud h.
