Downgrade Procedure for Standard config after upgrading controller-0 (r8, dsr8)

- Added command:`system ceph-mon-list`.
- Updated controller-1 to controler-0.
- Aadded the unlock step and note. ´
- Updated the the procedure steps to make the roll back possible.
