Fix Hardware list for OpenStack Doc(r5 and r6)

Backed the Broadcom BCM5719 1G item

Removed Board Management Controllers section.

New updates added to the hardware list after review.

The list of hardware and GPU/vGPU drivers were updated for OpenStack doc.
