Image location not readable in DS builds. Moved under kubernetes
Build cannot read image geometry metadata, causing :scale: option to fail. Removed.

Fixed an indent issue in R5 Controller Storage Install Guide, where text
was accidently part of a code example. (Issue was repeated in Dedicated
Storage Guide due to include file.)
