Replace the R5 install guides folder in latest branch.
Review 793093 (which moved the R5 install guides) broke
the downstream doc publishing process.
Made some path changes in R5 Release Notes.

The StarlingX Release Notes landing page has 13 project-specific
Release Notes links. These RN haven't been updated since 2018 and
are not actively maintained. The Docs team agreed that the links
to this old info can be deleted.
The StarlingX Release Notes describe sub-project new features,
bug status, and known limitations, if needed.
Refer to: starlingx/docs/doc/source/releasenotes/index.rst
For reference, the obsolete R1 text is in the specific
sub-project repo, for example: opendev.org/starlingx/metal

This is the initial draft of the release note document for stx.2.0. I'd
like to thank Bill Zvonar for providing the initial input, I have made
some formatting changes to his text to align with doc conventions.
There is an issue with the links to the storyboard entries. They don't
work correctly and I don't know why.
- Patch: Removed trailing slash on links so that they would resolve
- Patch: Minor formatting and rewording based on feedback.

- Migrated reorged content from wiki
- Naming, title, and capitalization consistency, minor rewording in sections
- Set up includes to reuse common content across pages
- Introduction: remove 'openstack users' and 'kubernetes users'
- Consolidate term definition into Key concepts page
- Archive R1, move R2 to current releast, set up for R3
- Remove stub pages for duplicate content, or content deferred to R3
- Rework intro and contribute pages for better readability
- Split Key concepts into two pages: Terms and Deployment Options
- Pass for grammar, punctuation, licensing, etc.
- Pull streamlined intro content into R2 install guides (from prev version)
- Added R2 release note page
- Update links to projects/project names to remove the "stx-"
- Add instructions for creating a bootable USB

The project-specific docs are published independently so we need
to maintain the links into those subtrees (/stx-*), also
for the api-ref (/api-ref/stx-*) and releasenotes (/releasenotes/stx-*).
Also add docs env to the default list in tox.ini.
