21231ddb44 After shutdown a controller, some CEPH PGs got inactive (r5,r6,dsr6,r7,dsr7) 
- Moved the note to run a command in the AIO-SX before changing to the AIO-DX to the correct steps.

- Fixed the code block structure.

- Fixed the "platform -r admin_openrc.sh" command.
