Poornima f37162e070 Modify URL to get the correct ISO for STX R3.0 ...

Currently, to get the ISO for R3.0, the URL is pointing to
http://mirror.starlingx.cengn.ca/mirror/starlingx/ which will be
confusing for a first timer.Hence, modified the text and URL to
get the correct ISO image.

Edited text to show generic ISO path and specific R3 example.
