Ildiko Vancsa bf8012b4e5 This patch adds the details for the 2024 H1 TSC Elections ... This patch updates the election timeline for the upcoming TSC elections. It also updates the number of seats that are up for election. In addition, the patch creates the 'tsc' folder so candidates can their nominations.
