Modify software upgrade to deploy in alarms.

This commit changes the description and orchestration info from the
alarms from software upgrade to software deploy and from sw-upgrade to
sw-deploy to match USM nomenclature.

Test Plan:
PASS: Manually raise an alarm and check the description/Entity_Instance
