This commit is to remove the three deployment/patch related alarms Management_Affecting_Severity by setting it to none. There three alarms are: 900.022 900.023 900.024 They are alarms to remind users to finish up the deployment and don't have to be management affecting. Setting it to warning can prevent the controller from continuing its componenets upgrade.
