Ildiko Vancsa 33b36e1378 Update the TSC members list based on election results 
The nomination period of the 2020 H1 TSC election ended. The
number of nominations do not exceed the available seats neither
does it violate the requirements towards the TSC group. Following
the election process this patch adds the nominees as new or
returning members to the TSC group.
