Ildiko Vancsa bd85c65a5b Merge the MultiOS project with Distro 
Based on the recent PTG discussion and decisions the MultiOS
project is now part of the Distro project.

This patch updates outdated information for the Distro project
and adds the reposclisted under MultiOS to the Distro deliverables.

It also removes contributors who haven't been marked as active
for the past one year.
