The recent 2022 H2 TSC elections had 4 candidates to run for 3 full-year term seats. The election is already closed. As there are two half-year term seats availabile and there is one eligible candidate, Shuquan Huang, who ran in the recent election, this patch adds him to the TSC members' list to take one of the half-year term seats.
