Relocate anaconda to stx-integ/base/anaconda 

Move content from stx-gplv3 into stx-integ

Packages will be relocated to

stx-integ:
    base/
        anaconda
        crontabs
        dnsmasq
        rsync

    database/
        python-psycopg2

    filesystem/
        parted

    grub/
        grub2

    security/
        python-keyring
