Add debian package for puppet-ldap module

Openldap seems to be bumped to 2.4.57 in Debian from 2.4.40 in CentOS.
Use the same version for puppet-ldap as on CentOS.
Another candidate is
https://github.com/voxpupuli/puppet-openldap/tree/2.0.0.

Did build puppet-ldap. There was no patch to port.
Did build iso.
