Steven Webster eccff3b0e6 Uprev SR-IOV CNI image ... This commit uprevs the SR-IOV CNI image to pick up a few bug fixes. Specifically, this commit will allow rate-limiting configuration on a VF to be retained after the VF has been used by a pod (and pod subsequently deleted).
