This package is 3rdparty. Use a different package than on CentOS. Chose an Apache 2.0 as we may need to patch this. There exists PRs for Puppet 5.x and puppetlabs-stdlib 5.x support, and generic parameter configuration. nslcd.conf template supports the same fields as the one from the CentOS package plus a few more.
