Dongqi Chen af359d4938 Add auto-versioning to starlingx/integ packages 
This update makes use of the PKG_GITREVCOUNT variable
to auto-version the packages in this repo.

Many Titanium Cloud init services are using start-stop-daemon.  It's not available under
centos.  Just pull it from dpkg but don't install everything.
