Daniel Safta c66d407614 Remove kubernetes 1.18, 1.19, 1.20 pkgs ... The new minimum supported k8s version will be 1.21. This commit cleans the pkg files needed to build the old k8s versions. The pkgs build successfully. Deployed on AIO-SX and AIO-DX, the k8s services were running ok.
