Jim Somerville e2869c5bd1 debian: Provide softlinks to grub menus 
In /etc we make symbolic links to the grub config
files.  Why?  So tools like grubby can locate them.

We package these links in the grub2-common package
which is similar to what is done in CentOS.

Verification:
- install from iso, confirm the symlinks exist
in /etc
