Yong Fu 4866a7cb8b CentOS 8: Package the /boot directory into kernel-core ...

If %ghost exists, these files will be packaged into the /lib/modules
directory.In the centos8 environment, these files need to be packaged
into the /boot directory. so need to remove %ghost.
