Jackie Huang d77325e139 python-keystone: uprev to 16.0.0 for stx 5.0 ...

* update the branch and SRCREV
* update the preferred version
* use BPN instead of PN in some places
* inherit stx-metadata to help apply patches and
  install files from stx 'upstream' repo
* remove the local copy of stx patches
