Angie Wang 73c6a55ee7 Install barbicanclient on worker nodes 
This is to support pulling images from authenticated registry
at puppet time. The registry credentials are stored in barbican
secret at bootstrap time, barbicanclient is needed to be able
to get the registry credentials to pull k8s images at puppet time.
