This change adds a default value for the location parameter in the openstack client. It also keeps compatibility with the new property param. Test Plan: [PASS] build stx-openstack packages and tarball [PASS] build image and override a deploy [PASS] test volume backup command without the location param [PASS] test volume backup command with a property param [PASS] test location param not being override by default param. Changes to this repo are needed for StarlingX and those changes are not yet merged. Rather than clone and diverge the repo, the repo is extracted at a particular git SHA, and patches are applied on top.
As those patches are merged, the SHA can be updated and the local patches removed.
