Rafael Falcão 13e30f9851 Update .inc files to use FluxCD related pkgs ...

This review intend to update the .inc files to use the
stx-openstack-helm-fluxcd as default for the
build-helm-charts.sh script. Also we added the same pkg
into the centos_pkg_dirs_containers file, something that
was missing in previous reviews and needs to be done.

Test Plan:
PASS - Build stx-openstack tarball.
PASS - Upload/apply stx-openstack.
PASS - Remove/delete stx-openstack.
