vrochalo 3d5d1e56eb Update helm charts release info ...

Upgrading from 24.09 25.03 meant the file
needed to be updated to be compatible with
stx release.

Test Plan:
PASS - Build stx-openstack tgz
PASS - Apply stx-openstack and check new version
