With the change in [1], where the ceph-pools-audit chart will
be disabled by default, it will not be possible to get the
'ceph-etc-pools-audit' configmap.
To resolve this, the 'ceph-etc-pools-audit' configmap has been
changed to 'rbd-storage-init.
