Stefan Dinescu 21a6be081b Disable default settings for NUMA-aware vswitch ... By default, nova-compute has the NUMA-aware vswitch feature enabled. This can be restrictive to users and, if needed, users can use the sysinv helm-overrides commands to enable them back.
