Mihnea Saracin d73c7c494d Revert "Fix apply of stx-openstack when host is locked" ... The commit that we are reverting broke the normal lock/unlock case when stx-openstack is applied. More specifically, the mariadb pod failed to start when stx-openstack was applied automatically after unlock. This reverts commit 754a1d33de.
