zhipengl 8a98e4888d Fix the issue of neutron router external gateways unreachable ... The configuration item "conf.neutron.DEFAULT.lock_path" is not used anymore, we need to override "conf.neutron.oslo_concurrency.lock_path" to /var/run/neutron/lock Verified that in neutron-l3-agent-controller-0 and nova-compute-controller-0, not see lots of errors anymore.
