Abhishek jaiswal 8c994f2653 Add automated test for subcloud addition ...

This commit add automated test case to verify subcloud addition process

The test performs the following steps:
* add subcloud1
* manage subcloud1
* validate the subcloud is added, managed and online

** will move all dc sanity test case to this file
