Gabriel Calixto de Paula bd6a5f3073 Add test_k8s_dashboard part1 ...

This starts the implementation of test_k8s_dashboard
in this framework, for now, the code copies the
necessary yaml file, creates the dashboard and
deletes it afterwards.
