base-bullseye.lst: Bugfix docker login

Fixed a bug in which docker login would fail after
unlock with the message:

"Error saving credentials: error storing credentials
- err: exit status 1, out:
`Cannot autolaunch D-Bus without X11 $DISPLAY`"

Test Plan:
PASS built iso, installed, bootstrapped, unlocked
PASS cmd "sudo docker login -u admin -p St8rlingX*
registry.local:9001" outputs "Login Succeeded"
