Disable linuxsoft.cern.ch repos that are no longer responding 

failure: repodata/repomd.xml from
Starlingx-linuxsoft.cern.ch_cern_centos_7.5_rt_Sources: [Errno 256] No
more mirrors to try.

[Errno 14] curl#7 - "Failed to connect to 2001:1458:d00:1a::391: Network
is unreachable"
