Saul Wold 74a4cfc7cd Update configuration to point to released artifiacts ... This updates the layer'ed build configuration (lst and repo) files to point to the 4.0.1 release artifacts, the layer'ed build needs to have access to the artifacts in order to get the correct repos and lst files.
