Daniel Safta 504e2066b1
Added --preload when starting horizon ...
used --preload parameter when starting
horizon dashboard. This leads to
faster startup and lower memory
consumption.
It also fixes missing env variable
DJANGO_SETTINGS_MODULE in py3.
