Michel Thebeau 796ad2846a add auto_update to app metadata.yaml ...

Instruct the platform to automatically apply the application when
patching.

Test Plan:
PASS - sw-patch upload/apply/install/remove
PASS - manual revert to original tarball (system application-update)
