Paul Belanger dc74bf5a91 Fix up PATH issues with nodepool-builder / zuul-executor ... Both services will launch external applications, but because we didn't properly include the $PATH to each virtualenv, we had to create symlinks (we missed ansible-playbook). We can properly fix this by setting up the PATH variable in our systemd unit file override.
