docs: change theme to sphinx_rtd_theme

Changed docs theme to a better, mobile friendly one:
https://github.com/readthedocs/sphinx_rtd_theme

The duplicate labels were removed, as the sphinx extension
sphinx.ext.autosectionlabel requires unique titles (labels).
