At the command line::

    $ pip install http://github.com/stackforge/cloudpulse

Or, if you have virtualenvwrapper installed::

    $ mkvirtualenv http://github.com/stackforge/cloudpulse
    $ pip install http://github.com/stackforge/cloudpulse
