
- Provided code that creates the collectd-aodh-plugin. Aodh alarms are created based on collectd notifications. Event alarms are created. - Included a .conf file for this change. - Added changes to the base.py file for the meters to facilitate this change. - Included a reno for this change. - Included tests for this change.
