Javeme c19184765d Refactor VmdkWriteHandle and VmdkReadHandle
Add a class VmdkHandle as the base class of VmdkWriteHandle and
VmdkReadHandle, and add related methods into it such as:
 def update_progress()
 def _release_lease()
