As we discussed on http://lists.openstack.org/pipermail/openstack-dev/2015-July/068864.html we need to write docstring for http POST/PUT methods. This patch adds docstring for create/update methods of compute client [h-q]*. In addition, this patch fixes some inconsistencies like "Creates" is changed to "Create".
