Code Issues Proposed changes

Fix up glusterfs server name to 'glusterfs-server1' 

Glusterfs volume has AUTH_SSL_ALLOW option to authorize
access list. Manila try to find the access list by matching
with 'glusterfs-server' or 'manila-host'.
Fix up tls name to 'glusterfs-server1'.
